You can complete a digital form directly from the Titan GPS FieldDocs App.

Complete a Digital Form
Log in using your Username and Password.
Tap the Forms icon
from the app bar.
Select the digital form you would like to complete.
Tap Create New Record.
Fill in the fields.
βNote: There are different types of fields that you may encounter when you complete a digital form. Here is a quick breakdown of each field:

Allows a user to select an asset.Check List
Allows a user to choose one or more items from a list.Date
Allows a user to choose a date from a date picker.Image
Allows a user to take or upload an image.Location and Time Stamp
Allows a user to tag their current location.Number
Allows a user to enter a number.PDF Attachment
Allows a user to review a document.Pick List
Allows a user to choose one item from a list.Text Box
Allows a user to enter a comment.Time
Allows a user to select a time from a time picker.Inspection Point
Allows a user to pass or fail inspection points.Single Signature
Allows a user to sign the form.Signature list
Allows a user to collect multiple signatures on a form.

When completed press Next to go to the next page.
To go back a page, press Back.
Once you've reached the end of the form you can:
Email the form
Save the form
Exit the form by choosing either:
Don't Save and Close
Save and Close
Press Submit to complete the form.
Un-submit a Digital Form
Note: You must have the un-submit digital forms user or driver permission in order to un-submit a digital form.
Log in using your Username and Password.
Tap the Forms icon
from the app bar.
Select the digital form you would like to un-submit.
Select the Pencil Icon
.
Select Unsubmit.
