Creating an Account
An installer can create an account at any time using the app.
How to create an account
From the app log in page, tap Sign up here at the bottom of the screen.
The Installer Signup page appears.
Enter in the following information:
Email address/User Name
Full Name
Installer Company
Phone Number
Password
Confirm password
Tap Submit.
The Signup Verification page appears.
Enter in the Verification Code sent to the email address you entered on the previous page (Installer Signup page), then tap Confirm Signup.
The Congratulations screen appears confirming you have successfully completed the account creation process, then you are automatically navigated to the login screen with your email address/user name pre-populated.
Using the App
How to use the app
Log into the Titan GPS Install App.
Enter the serial number / imei of the device or tap the camera icon
to scan the device.
Follow the Install Guide.
Press Next.
Enter in Vehicle Info such as:
Asset Name
VIN (enter or
scan)
Year
Make
Model
Color
Mileage (km or miles)
Engine Hours
Press Next.
Follow each test step and press Next.
Note: Ensure the vehicle is outside or has good GPS/Cellular reception.
Review the Test Summary.
Tap to
add additional information.
Press Submit.
Install App Tabs
Guide
After entering a device serial number/imei or scanning a device, tap this tab to see the associated installation guide.
Live Viewer
After entering a device serial number/imei or scanning a device, tap this tab to see recent event data for the device scanned into the application. If you tap on one of the events, you will be taken to a new window which expands and has more packet information available for review. Additionally, you can send a Bulls Eye Position Request from this tab by selecting the hamburger menu on the left. Once the device receives a Bulls Eye Position Request, it will send back a confirmation message. This can be used to confirm that the device is responding to messages.
Support
From the Support tab, you have access to Support information such as a Contact Us section providing Call, Email or access the Titan GPS website options. Additionally, a Troubleshoot option is available, which navigates to the Titan GPS Install Guide page.
Account
From the Account tab, you can:
Edit/change account information.
Delete your account.
Change your password.
Log out.
