Log in using your Username and Password.

Tap the vehicle icon from the app bar.

Tap the New Inspection button.

Select the Type of Inspection.

Select the Vehicle or Trailer.

Choose the Inspection Form

Tap Next.

Note: if your vehicle is inspected for the type of equipment you will still

have an option to add a trailer as part of the inspection.

Tap the checkbox icon beside each inspection point to select either:

If you've selected Fail on an Inspection Point you can:

You can also choose Pass All to pass each inspection point.

​Note: You can still go back in and change the checkboxes after selecting pass all. Also, this setting may be disabled by an administrator.

Select Done.

Tap Next.

Choose the Inspection Result.

Type in Comments.

Draw your Signature.

​Note: After the first time you've signed a form inside Titan GPS FieldDocs, your signature can be re-used.

Submit the form.
​
​Note: DVIRs/Vehicle Inspections cannot be edited once they are submitted.

Toggle to Repair Needed.

Select the inspection you would like to repair.

Review the form details and tap Next.

Choose Repair.

Select a Repair Status.

Enter a work order number.

Take a photo or attach a work order.

Type in Notes.

Draw your Signature.

Tap Submit.
