How to Download the Application
Android Users
Go to the Google Play Store.
Search “Titan GPS FieldDocs”.
Tap Install.
iOS Users
Go to the Apple Store app.
Search “Titan GPS FieldDocs”.
Tap Install.
Note: Titan GPS FieldDocs 2.0 solution utilizes GPS compatibility in mobile devices to capture the CMV positions. It’s the user's responsibility to ensure the mobile devices used for ELD compliance and HOS tracking are compatible with the CMV position measurement accuracy requirement as stated in the ELD standard.
We recommend that the mobile device equipped with the Titan GPS FieldDocs 2.0 is mounted in a fixed position during vehicle operation. It must be visible to the driver from a legally seated position at all times.
Logging In
Enter username.
Enter password.
Tap Login.
First time Install
Check "I Accept the privacy policy".
Tap accept.
Enter username and Password.
Tap Login.
Allow all permissions.
GPS permission Allow.
Allow Titan FieldDocs to access device's location.
Permissions During Login
During login, you will be prompted for all uncertified logs, what special permissions have been allowed, and Bluetooth requirements.
Certify:
Logs uncertified will be listed.
Tap Cancel to review later.
Tap review to review uncertified logs.
Driver review (yard move & personal use):
Tap OK.
Bluetooth connection is not established.
Tap Confirm.
Bluetooth connection required.
Tap Confirm.
