Standard Alerts

Use this article to learn how to create and manage standard alerts from the dashboard.

You can create standard alerts directly from the Titan GPS Dashboard.

Note: As of November 2025, the TT3302 has been discontinued.

How to create a standard alert

Note: Alerts are sent from +1 866-311-4519 . Please save this number to your contacts in an easily identifiable way. Doing so will also help avoid native cellular spam filter issues.

  1. Select Alerts from the application bar.

  2. Click on Standard Alerts.

  3. In the Standard Alerts window, you can:

    1. View all alert details

    2. Edit standard rules

    3. Delete standard rules

    4. Create standard rules

  4. Click Create a new rule to set up a new rule.

  5. Select one or more assets or asset groups.

  6. Choose one or more device activities.

  7. Enter an email address into Emails To Receive Notifications and/or set up an SMS notifications for the recipients.

  8. Click Save.


Alert Content

These are the standard fields that are in each SMS Alert:

  • Alert [Name]:

  • Asset [Name]:

  • Speed (km/h):

  • Time:

  • Address:

  • Inside [landmark]:

  • Device Data:
