Custom Alerts

Use this article to learn how to create and edit customer alerts from the dashboard.

You can create custom alerts directly from the Titan GPS Dashboard.

How to create a custom alert

  1. Select Alerts from the application bar.

  2. Click on Custom Alerts.

  3. In the Custom Alerts window, you can:

    1. View all alert details

    2. Edit custom rules

    3. Delete custom rules

    4. Create custom rules

  4. Click Create a new rule to set up a new rule.

  5. Select one or more assets or asset groups.

  6. Choose one or more device activities.

  7. Add filters such as by:

    1. Inside and/or Outside Landmarks

    2. Day of the week

    3. Time Range

    4. Speed

    5. Occurrence

  8. Enter email addresses into the Emails To Receive Notifications and/or set up an SMS notifications for the recipients.

  9. Name the custom rule.

  10. Click Save.
