A quick setup step ensures Titan FieldDocs can run tracking smoothly in the background — here's what to do based on your device type.
Android Devices
Step 1: Respond to the "Keep Tracking Running" Message
This is the first prompt you'll see. When this message appears in Titan FieldDocs, it means the app needs permission to keep tracking running.
Read the message that says "Keep Tracking Running."
Tap Go to Settings — ⚠️ do not tap Later.
Your phone's settings will open automatically.
Step 2: Set Battery Usage to Unrestricted
This allows Titan FieldDocs to run without being interrupted by your phone's battery management.
Find Titan FieldDocs in the app list.
Tap Battery.
Select Unrestricted.
Step 3: Keep Notifications Turned On
Notifications allow Titan FieldDocs to stay active in the background.
Open Settings.
Tap Notifications.
Tap App Notifications.
Select Titan FieldDocs.
Toggle Allow Notifications on.
✅ You're all set! Once everything is configured, you'll see these messages in the app — both are completely normal:
Location service active
Background services active
Apple Devices
No settings changes are needed on Apple devices. Once setup is complete, you'll see Background Services Active appear in the app automatically.
