Using the Field Activity Dashboard

You can customize the Field Activity dashboard from the Titan GPS Dashboard.

How to setup the Field Activity Dashboard

Field Activity Dashboard Configuration

  1. Select Field Activity from the app bar.

  2. Choose Field Activity Configuration.

  3. You can select + Generate Sample Templates to generate default activities that can be used for configuration.

  4. Tap the Edit Pencil next to an activity to open the Activity Configuration window or Select + New Activity.

  5. In the Activity Configuration window you can:

    1. Name the Activity.

    2. Add New Activity Criteria.
      ​Note: You can add multiple activity configurations for one field activity. To do this, press the + Add New Activity Criteria multiple times.

    3. Select an Asset Type.

    4. Set the Activity Criteria.

      1. Select Plow Down.

      2. Set the Input.

      3. Set a Speed Range.

      4. Use Gravel Ticket.

      5. Use Spray Ticket.

    5. Set the Minimum Duration (sec).

  6. Click Save.


Field Activity Dashboard Set Up

  1. Select Field Activity from the app bar.

  2. Choose Field Activity Dashboard.

  3. Select + New Dashboard.

  4. Select Assets.

  5. Select a Plan (landmarks).

  6. Choose a Display Color.
    ​Note: The chosen color will be applied to all the plans selected.

  7. Name the activity dashboard.

  8. Select Activity.

  9. Click Save.


How to Run the Field Activity Dashboard

  1. Select Field Activity from the app bar.

  2. Choose Field Activity Dashboard.

  3. Select a dashboard from the drop-down.

  4. In Select Dashboard Type choose Last Pass or Historical.

  5. In Dashboard Details, tap the edit pencil icon to change:

    1. Assets

    2. Activity

    3. Plans (Landmark)

  6. Click Start.

Last Pass

  1. Click the radio button for the Last Pass dashboard type.

  2. Tap Start.
    ​Note: The map will continuously update with live data as activities are completed.

  3. The map will show the paths of the activities and when they were completed.

  4. View the Legend to see when an activity was completed.

  5. Press Stop to stop the live dashboard.

Historical

  1. Click the radio button for the Historical dashboard type.

  2. Choose a Start and End date.

  3. Select Query.

  4. Activities will appear on the map.

  5. Click on an activity from the activity table to zoom in and focus the map.

  6. Tap the excel or pdf icon to export the Field Activity Dashboard report.
