You can create and manage public links from the Titan GPS Dashboard.

How to create and manage a Public Link

Create a Public Link

  1. Select Public Link from the applications bar.

  2. Select Create Public Link.

  3. Name the Public Link.

  4. Set the Expiry.

  5. Add your Email recipients.

  6. Select the Link Assets or asset.

  7. To create, choose either to:

    1. Create.
      The link will be live and the expiration timer will start, but the link will not be automatically emailed out to the recipients.

    2. Create & Send.
      The link will be live and expiration timer will start, and the link will be emailed to the recipients.

Manage Public Links

  1. Select Public Link from the applications bar.

  2. Select Public Link Dashboard.

  3. In the Public Link Dashboard, you can:

    1. View public links.

    2. Edit public links.

    3. Email public links.

    4. Delete public links.

    5. Delete Expired Public Links.

    6. Create public links.

View a Public Link

  1. Select Public Link from the applications bar.

  2. Select Public Link Dashboard.

  3. Click on the Name of your public link.

  4. In the new tab, you can:

    1. View Assets.

    2. Zoom in and out of the map.

    3. Toggle map views like:

      1. Traffic

      2. Map

      3. Satellite

      4. Terrain

      5. Open Street Map

    4. Enter Full Screen.
