Use the instructions below to email your DVIR to an inspector during a roadside inspection.
Open Daily Logs
From the Hours of Service home screen, tap Vehicle Inspection.
Tap the envelope icon
Tap the mail/envelope icon in the top toolbar next to Certify to open the Send Email window.
Enter the recipient's email
Type the email address you want to send the DVIR to in the text field of the Send Email pop-up.
Tap Send
Tap Send to email the DVIR. Tap Cancel instead if you want to exit the pop-up.
Confirm it sent
A blue "Email sent!" banner appears at the bottom of the screen, confirming the DVIR was emailed successfully.
