The Camera Panel lets you view camera footage and data linked to a specific vehicle or AIR II device in your fleet. Whether you're reviewing a safety incident, checking in on driver activity, or pulling historical footage, the Camera Panel puts everything in one place.
Accessing the Camera Panel
Log in to your TitanGPS account.
On the Map screen, confirm that the Assets panel is visible on the left-hand side.
Find the asset you want to review in the list and click its name.
In the Asset Information panel (bottom left), click the menu icon.
Select Camera Panel from the menu.
Camera Panel Tabs
Once the Camera Panel is open, you'll see several tabs, each giving you a different view of your camera data.
Events Tab
The Events tab shows a chronological list of incidents captured by the in-cab camera during a date and time range you choose — great for quickly locating and reviewing safety-related events.
To review events:
Set your desired From and To date range.
Click Get Events.
Click a thumbnail in the Preview column to open the video.
Use the playback controls to review the footage.
Click the Download icon to save a clip to your device.
Live Tab
The Live tab gives you a real-time view of a vehicle's camera feed and its current location on the map. The camera must be online to view the feed footage.
To start a live stream:
Click Get Live Video. (Note: the camera must be online for this to work.)
The live feed will stream for approximately 30 seconds.
As the stream nears the end, you'll be prompted to continue, click OK, or exit the live video; click Cancel.
Taking a Snapshot
While live video is active, you can capture a still image of the current feed at any moment.
Click Get Snapshot while the live stream is running.
View your captured images in the left panel using the Next and Previous controls.
History Tab
The History tab lets you access previously recorded footage — even when no specific safety event was triggered. This is useful for reviewing general driving activity over a period of time.
To access historical footage:
Set your desired From and To date range.
Click Get Stored Videos.
Click a thumbnail in the Preview column to view the footage.
Use the playback controls to review the clip, or click the Download icon to save it.
Understanding Video Status Icons
The icons in the Camera Panel indicate whether footage is available and where it's stored. Here's what each one means:
Icon | Status | What It Means | What You Can Do |
Dark Grey Icon | Not yet in the cloud | Video is still on the camera device and hasn't been uploaded | Request a download from the device |
Red icon | Failed to fetch | The system couldn't retrieve the video from the device, and it's not in the cloud | An error will be shown; you may be able to retry |
Light grey icon | Available in the cloud | Video has been uploaded and is ready to watch | Play immediately — no download request needed |
Light red icon | Unavailable | Video is not in the cloud and no longer on the device (expired or deleted) | Video cannot be played or recovered |
