πŸš€ What’s Launching

We’re excited to introduce a new report and an update to an existing one, giving you more detailed insights into vehicle activity and maintenance.

  • New Report: Detailed: Landmark Stats by Vehicle β€” a modernized and expanded version of the previous Summary: Landmark Stats by Vehicle report, now providing deeper visibility into stops, idle time, and driving behavior.

  • Updated Report: Service & Maintenance by Alert Type β€” enhanced with additional vehicle and device information to help you better plan and manage asset maintenance.

The Detailed: Landmark Stats by Vehicle report now includes these columns:

  • Asset

  • Landmark

  • Stops

  • Visits

  • Total Time Stopped

  • Avg. Stop Time

  • Total Engine Time

  • Total Idle Time

  • Avg. Idle Time

  • % Idle Time

  • Excessive Idles

  • Distance Travelled

  • Distance Units

  • Max Speed

  • Overspeed

  • Total Time in Landmark

The Service & Maintenance by Alert Type report now includes these new fields:

  • Make

  • Model

  • Year

  • License Plate

  • VIN

  • Device Serial #

  • Expected Odometer at Service (Odometer Tab only)

  • Expected Engine Hour at Service (Engine Hour Tab only)

  • Last Reported Time

  • Inside Landmark

Note:

  • To access the Detailed: Landmark Stats by Vehicle report, your plan must have Landmarks and Reporting enabled.

  • To access the Status: Service & Maintenance by Alert Type report, your plan must have Service Alerts enabled.

To Run the Report:

  • Log in to Titan GPS.

  • Click or hover over "Reporting" in the top navigation bar.

  • From the drop-down, click Reports.

  • Use the Search field or locate Status: Service & Maintenance by Alert Type or Detailed: Landmark Stats by Vehicle Report in the list of available reports and click on the applicable report title.

  • Once the report title turns blue, enter the desired date range and click Run Report.

To Schedule the Report:

  • Log in to Titan GPS.

  • Click or hover over "Reporting" in the top navigation bar.

  • From the drop-down, click Report Subscriptions.

  • Click Add a New Subscription.

  • Select the assets or asset groups you want to include in the report.

  • Use the Search field or locate Status: Service & Maintenance by Alert Type or Detailed: Landmark Stats by Vehicle Report in the list of available reports and click on the applicable report title.

  • Enter the desired date range and report format (HTML or Excel).

  • Click Open Email Selection to add email addresses by Account or enter email addresses with comma separation.

  • Click Save.
