TT3302 Hardware Status Change

This article discusses the transition of the TT3302 to EOL: Discontinued and provides a transition guide.

Updated over a week ago

To ensure the highest level of performance, reliability, and long-term support for our customers, we continually evaluate our hardware offerings. As part of this process, the TT3302 device is officially entering End-of-Life (EOL): Discontinued status. We understand transitions can raise questions, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

What’s Changing?

TT3302 → EOL: Discontinued

  • Effective immediately, all new orders for the TT3302 have ceased.

  • Existing units already deployed in the field will continue to function as expected and may remain in service.

  • While there is no immediate disruption to current users, we encourage customers to begin planning for future transitions.

Recommended Replacement

For customers seeking a supported device moving forward, we recommend transitioning to the TT6000 (Model XT6384).

TT6000 Status: Active and fully supported.

Transition Timing

To provide adequate planning time, the target transition date is June 2026.

This timeline ensures customers can schedule hardware refreshes or incremental migrations at a comfortable pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the differences between the TT3302 and the TT6000?

While similar in purpose, the two devices are not identical:

  • The TT3302 is a specialized variant of the TT6000 designed for hardwire-only installations.

  • It does not include the internal diagnostic board found in the TT6000.

  • It also removes the external diagnostic port, limiting certain diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

The TT6000, by contrast, provides a more robust diagnostic feature set and remains an actively supported device.
