The Smart Routing feature is an enhancement to the Dispatch workflow in the Titan Web app, available after a Job has been created. This feature introduces an additional setup step, allowing Dispatchers to determine the driver's route based on two options:
Manual Routing – Routes the driver in the order in which stops were entered into the Job.
Smart Routing – Automatically determines the most efficient route for the driver, optimizing for time and distance.
Smart Routing is designed to prioritize efficiency by basing the optimized route on the first stop entered in the Job. This option becomes available in the app only when the user is ready to Dispatch a Job.
