If you have a Driver·i camera that isn’t linked to a GPS device in the Titan GPS Dashboard, link it to view camera data alongside the rest of your vehicle information. This can apply to cameras installed before the Driver·i integration was available, or to newly installed cameras that weren’t linked during setup. Once linked, you can migrate the camera’s previous event data so your history stays in one place.
Before You Begin
To link cameras, your user account needs both of these permissions:
Allow Driver·i camera merging
Allow Driver·i Event Migration
Step 1: Open the Asset
In the Asset panel, locate the vehicle you'd like to link the camera to.
Click the menu icon (☰) next to Asset Information, then click Edit Asset.
Click the Camera tab.
Step 2: Link the Camera
Open the Link Camera drop-down. All available Driver·i cameras are listed.
Select the camera by its serial number.
Click the checkbox next to Migrate Driver·i camera event data to bring the camera's previous event data into Titan GPS Dashboard.
Click Save.
Review the confirmation message. If the camera and vehicle are correct, select Confirm.
📝 Note: The merge, including any previous event data, processes at 10:00 PM Mountain Time on the day you request it. Your linked camera appears after the merge completes.
You don’t need to do anything while you wait. Your camera keeps recording and reporting events as usual until the merge completes. If you need to cancel a pending merge, contact Support at [email protected] before 10:00 PM Mountain Time.
Step 3: Find Your Linked Camera
After the merge completes:
A camera icon appears next to the linked GPS device in the Asset panel.
In the vehicle's asset information, click Camera Panel to open the camera's view.
Linking 20 or More Cameras
If you have 20 or more cameras to link, our team can merge them for you. Fill out the Bulk Merge Camera (Driver·i) spreadsheet and email it to [email protected].
